Creating a consistent customer experience

To stay relevant, Customer Success Stories need to be more than a talking head. Rather than relying on old office B-Roll, our approach included more opportunities to feature UI, graphics, and stats. Customer quotes are supported by both VO and text-on-screen to fill out the narrative, starting with a strong intro about the customer.

The Setup

In order to be invested in the story, viewers have to first care about the people. It’s all about eye contact and connection.

A direct-to-camera setup engages the viewer directly and is more personal than a traditional interview style.

Cresta has a lot of happy customers. Brinks Home™, one of the largest home security and alarm monitoring companies in North America integrated Cresta’s transformative intelligence layer across their contact center solutions and saw major results. Using consistent motion design and the same direct-to-camera setup, we worked with Cresta and the Brinks Home™ team to create another Customer Success Story in our Crestamonial series to highlight just that.
